Design of paddle shifts for formula student
Dugas, Martin ; Vrána, Radek (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis concerns design of paddle shifters for Formula Student. It deals in theoretical part with knowledge of today’s shifting mechanisms, additive manufacturing technologies and ways of weight optimization of parts. In design section, it covers with actual solutions of this problems, whereas the most important target was to minimalize mass and maximize stiffness of the whole mechanism.

FACTORS LIMITING LIFE TIME OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS WITH PRESSURIZED-WATER REACTORS
Křivánek, Robert ; Kolat, Pavel (referee) ; Liszka, Ervin (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the state of preparedness of nuclear power plants (NPP) for long term operation (LTO) based on the IAEA SALTO (Safety Aspects of Long Term Operation) peer review service, analysis of the most significant failures, accidents and operational experience with type reactors PWR/VVER focusing on cases caused by equipment ageing and identification of major structures and components limiting life time of PWR/VVER-type nuclear power plants, and possible measures to ensure their required service life. Based on the results of the IAEA SALTO peer review service, an analysis of the main deficiencies and measures of NPPs in preparation for a safe LTO was performed, focusing on topics whose deeper knowledge is important for the future more precise determination of technical factors limiting the lifetime of NPPs. The main deficiencies and measures in the preparatory phase for LTO and the most important technical measures are summarized in chapter 4.5. The main deficiencies and the most important technical corrective measures in the area of ageing management of structures and components are discussed separately. The history of major failures and operational experience of nuclear power plants with PWR/VVER reactors from the point of view of ageing of structures and components is analyzed in chapter 6.2. The result is a statistic analysis of ageing-related events, an overview of the most significant PWR/VVER reactor failures with an impact on their service life, a statistical overview and discussion of the most important degradation mechanisms, and other important findings from the history of major failures and operational experience. Chapter 6.3 analyzes factors limiting the operation of nuclear power plants with PWR/VVER reactors with focus on structures and components potentially limiting the life of PWR/VVER reactors and possible measures to ensure their required life. In conclusion, the main reasons of permanent shut down of NPPs (actual and potential) for 40, 60 and 80 years of operation and the measures to ensure their required life are summarized.
Study of optoelectrical properties of organic semiconductor thin film layers of phtalocyanines
Miklíková, Zdeňka ; Vala, Martin (referee) ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the study of optoelectric properties of thin layers of organic materials based on phthalocyanines, which can be used as an active layer of photovoltaic cells. Especially are studied the properties of the thin active layers of PdPc and PdPc + IL on the glass or ceramic substrates with aluminium contact, which are prepared by material printing here. On the prepared samples were first measured current-voltage characteristics in the dark and in the light and then were measured impedance spectrums in the dark. The received results will be used to improve the properties and structures of photovoltaic cells.
Modelová rekonstrukce zvolené zaniklé obce
MÜLLEROVÁ, Eva
The topic of my master's thesis is a model reconstruction of a selected extinct village. The thesis contains two parts, namely the literary part and the practical part. The literary research is divided into four chapters, which are the development of rural settlements, the development of typical structures of rural buildings, buildings in the rural area of southern Bohemia and the factors that influenced the development of buildings in rural areas. The first chapter describes the development of rural settlements until the 15th century, then the development of rural settlements until the 18th century, and finally the development of rural settlements until the 20th century. The second chapter focuses on the typical structures that were used in rural areas, as well as their development. The third chapter contains information about what typical buildings looked like in southern Bohemia and what special elements they had. And finally, the last chapter describes the factors that influenced the development of buildings in rural areas. A very important part of my thesis is the practical part. This part is focused on the already extinct village of Bučina, which is located in Šumava. This village endured a difficult fate when it was almost completely razed to the ground. The work follows the historical development of this village up to its extinction. Subsequently, the current situation is described, with everything that takes place today in the territory of this extinct village and what can be found here. Despite the fact that it is an extinct village, there are many people who have helped to restore life in this place to some extent. An important part of my thesis was also the creation of a 3D model of the building, which was still in the village of Bučina at that time. This model was described in terms of exterior, but also interior.
Proofs of settlement buldings from the late bronze age until La téne period in the region of Lomský and Loučenský streams in northwestern Bohemia
ŠŤASTNÝ, Ondřej
The main focus of this thesis are proofs of buildings from urnfield period to La T?ne period and the development of the buildings during these periods. The main source of information is a research of archeological data gained from published or unpublished archeological excavations where these structures were detected. The main region on which this thesis if focus on is a microregion of Lomský and Loučenský streams in the northwestern Bohemia. With the help of these documented structures we can trace possible continuity of settlement between periods. Part of the paper is a rewier research of object 3/84 from Jenišův Újezd where the excavations were held during 1984-85 and 1989.
Studie novostavby vesnického domu ve středověkém stylu včetně návrhu interiéru
KNECHTL, Vladimír
The theme of this bachelor thesis is a study of a new building of a village house in medieval style including interior design. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is a literature search, which is focused on medieval buildings intended for housing and comparison with today's buildings. The second part presents a proposal for a new layout corresponding to today's requirements and a selection of structures and materials that are available on the market and resemble those of the Middle Ages. And the final third part will deal with the processing of the floor plans and views of the house and the creation of the interior visualization.

Tourism development in South Bohemia and Eastern Bavaria
DRAŽANOVÁ, Klára
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is a tourism development in South Bohemia and Eastern Bavaria as destination. The development of tourism is very important for local populations in these two regions. The main target is to improve the standard of living for the local populations in these areas where tourism reduces unemployment and increases revenue. Another aim of this work is to identify the structures that deals with the development of tourism and cooperation between these regions. This work also shows the results of these structures and evaluates the benefits of the cooperation. Information was takes directly in the particular organizations through in-depth interviews. This thesis suggests how to improve tourism in South Bohemia and Eastern Bavaria and gives specific proposals for tourism development.
